CATS Incredible is an annual Catfish Tournament held on the banks of the Red River of the North in East Grand Forks, Minnesota.
The tournament is a two day event. Entry limit is 125 two person teams. Teams are allowed to have one passenger in the boat with them.
Thursday July 23
